How it works

Three small steps. No essays, no judgment — just the start of a relationship that finally gets it.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your shifts

    A two-minute check-in. No essays, no judgment.

  2. 02

    Meet therapists who get it

Matched with licensed providers who've worked in healthcare themselves.

  3. 03

    Build the relationship

Book your first session and keep showing up — for you, this time.

Why nurses trust us

Not a directory of strangers. A practice where the people on the other side of the screen have stood where you stand.

  • Providers who've been at the bedside

Every therapist has worked in healthcare. They know what a code feels like at 3am.

  • Licensed in your state

We only match you with therapists licensed where you practice.

  • Around your rotation

Nights, weekends, post-shift. Appointments that fit a nurse's calendar.

  • Private — your manager never knows

Confidential by design. Nothing flows back to your employer.

Therapists who get it

Every provider on Nursefully is licensed — and has worked in healthcare themselves. They know the night shifts, the codes, and the weight you carry home.

I focus on grief and the cumulative loss nurses carry. We make room for the patients you couldn't save and the version of you that started this work.

From nurses, for nurses

  • My therapist was an ER nurse for a decade. I didn't have to explain why I couldn't stop replaying that shift. She already knew.

    Maya R.

    ICU Nurse · 3 yrs

  • Six weeks into orientation I was ready to quit. Nursefully matched me with someone who got it in two minutes. I'm still here.

    Devon K.

    New grad, on orientation

  • Booking around night shift was always the reason I never started therapy. The 8pm slots changed that.

    Priya S.

Questions, answered

What does “therapists who get it” actually mean?

Every Nursefully therapist has worked in healthcare — as a nurse, in an ER, or bedside. They understand shift work, moral injury, and the specific weight of caring for patients.

Will my employer or manager find out?

No. Nursefully is private by design. We never share that you're a member, your sessions, or anything you discuss with your employer.

Can I book around night shifts?

Yes. Therapists offer evening, early-morning, and weekend slots. You filter by what fits your rotation.

Do you take insurance?

Many sessions are covered through your health plan or employer EAP. During the demo, booking is illustrative — no payment is taken.

Which states are you available in?

We're live in 12 states and adding more each month. If we're not in yours yet, join the waitlist and we'll prioritize it.

Your first session is the bravest click of the week.
